Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Heels

Place the unworn shoes in their original designer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
